You may have spied some of Isola Homes’ built-green beauties around town. The family-owned Northwest builder focuses on building its signature modern (and a few craftsman) environmentally friendly dwellings in core Seattle neighborhoods like Capitol Hill or Queen Anne where there’s ample walkability and access to shops, restaurants and services.

Now, the company wants to make it even easier for potential homebuyers to experience its properties. This November, Isola will open a 2,800-square-foot Experience Center in SoDo, where customers can get the full rundown on all homes that are for sale, plus see and touch finishes, chat with preferred lenders or even work with an onsite designer to personalize a home.

“Shopping for a new home can be a daunting process with many hours of research and tons of time in the car driving around from place to place,” Isola’s marketing director Noree Henderson says. “We wanted to create a one-stop shop where our customers and our local broker partners could come, peruse all of our communities, get their questions answered, meet with a lender, and do everything in one convenient location.”

Located at 1521 First Avenue S, the Isola Experience Center will house two featured property stations that will showcase two particular communities and two general kiosk stations that will have information on all of Isola’s pre-sale properties and active listings.

“You’ll be able to choose the geographic area that you are interested in and learn about all of the communities available in each of those areas,” Henderson says. “Information will include colored renderings, features lists, floor plans and site plans.  Our dedicated onsite sales staff will guide visitors through the process and help answer any questions they may have.”

Want to get a feel for the kinds of finishes offered in an Isola home? Stroll over and tour the two full-size show kitchens and show bath where you can see first-hand what to expect in terms of appliances, hardwood and carpet, cabinetry, slabs, tile counters, floors and showers, fixtures and cabinet hardware. Also onsite will be Isola’s finishes for the six color palettes offered in its communities and all of its upgrade options.

Should a buyer want to meet with a designer, the onsite design studio is at the ready to help buyers with home personalization.

“We believe that buying a house goes far beyond the actual purchase,” Henderson says. “We are creating relationships with our homeowners and we intend to be there for them and support their decision to purchase an Isola Home long after the ink has dried on the contract.”

Isola anticpates a grand opening date for its Experience Center of November 14 (pending construction timelines) and has planned a private VIP party on Friday, November 13, where partygoers can win prizes and check out the interactive kiosk stations.
