Local, family-owned company Isola Homes, which builds modern dwellings with sustainable and sophisticated design, has announced it will complete its latest project, Wedgwood Haus, this May.

The collection of four 2,711-square-foot, single-family homes is located in Seattle’s Wedgwood neighborhood–just 10 minutes to the University of Washington and about six miles from downtown–and each features three bedrooms with a den and a large bonus or media room and 2.25 bathrooms.

These open-concept homes are packed with 4-star Built Green elements, including a 95 percent efficient forced-air furnace, low volatile organic compound (VOC) paints, energy-efficient lighting, rich carpeting with a bromine-free pad and water-saving WaterSense-labeled fixtures. Kitchens are decked out with slab quartz countertops, hand-laid, full-height backsplashes, custom-made cabinetry complete with soft-close technology, polished chrome fixtures, a walk-in pantry and stainless-steel appliances.

A sizeable master suite (all bedrooms are on the third floor) offers a walk-in closet, a spa-inspired bathroom (think quartz countertops, porcelain tile floors and shower surrounds, and polished chrome fixtures) and an extra closet for even more storage space. See the floorplans here.

Outside, each home has a spacious yard with a deck space that calls for summer parties. Here, there’s no need to park on the street or out in the elements: Wedgwood Haus homes come with two-car garages.

The quiet, close-knit Wedgwood neighborhood is home to longstanding haunts like the old-school steakhouse Wedgwood Broiler along 35th Avenue NE or the nearby Fiddler’s Inn. It’s an easy trek to the much buzzed-about, chef-driven Ravenna restaurant Salare and hometown faves like Top Pot Doughnuts and Zeeks Pizza. Enjoy the great outdoors at the nearby Matthews Beach Park–site of the annual chill-inducing New Year’s Day tradition, the Polar Bear Plunge–and, of course, at the popular running/walking/picnicking spot, Green Lake Park.

Isola’s Wedgwood Haus homes are priced from $849,950. For more information or to arrange a tour, contact Jay Miller | Alchemy Real Estate at 206.409.4332.
