Whether you’re drowning in your Tax Day sorrows or celebrating your newfound funds, you’ll need something to do on April 15. We’ve got you covered, from how to score a free Hard Rock Cafe hamburger to sampling a limited release from Deschutes Brewery.

The Governor Hotel, Olympia

This 123-room boutique hotel is offering a discount ($115/night) on its renovated Grand Rooms, which feature your choice of queen or king bed, luxury amenities and a French balcony overlooking sweeping views of Capitol Lake and the Olympic Mountains. Upon entering their room, guests will be treated to complimentary local beverages–of the adult variety, we presume– plus lavender-scented relaxation products to take the tax season edge off. Book by April 30, stay by May 31.

Hard Rock Cafe, Seattle

Yeah, we know. It ain’t exactly Canlis. But we’ll take a free lunch wherever we can get it. In honor of Tax Day, the Hard Rock Cafe is offering free lunches to anyone who gets on the Pike Street restaurant’s stage between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and sings a song. The lunch item? A Java Lava burger: a half-pound of Angus beef basted with an espresso rub then topped with bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy fried onion straws, a jalapeño lava sauce and one giant fried jalapeño on top. Yeah.

Pennyroyal

The Palladian Hotel’s old world European-style bar has scored a rare keg of Deschutes Brewery’s The Abyss Imperial Stout, a rich brew that gets its alluring hints of molasses and licorice from six months of aging in bourbon and pinot noir oak barrels. They plan to tap the keg at 5 p.m. on April 15 and at $8 a beer, they say it won’t last long. Heck, if you got money back this year, you might consider buying the first round…for the whole bar.
