Located halfway up Fremont Avenue in the old Buckaroo Tavern space, it’s owned by a href=”http://whereyaatmatt.com/” target=”_blank”Where Ya At, Matt?’s/a Matthew Lewis, and like the truck, the restaurant has a href=”http://restaurantroux.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Roux_DinnerMenu.pdf” target=”_blank”the French-Creole menu/a with frogs legs, shrimp and grits, fried rabbit, collards and jumbalaya. It’s open nightly./p
pstrongA handful of new restaurants at University Village are opening in the next week or so/strong. News just came today that Eureka!, specializing in “American Craft”–food, beer and spirits–will open Monday. The chain does burgers with, fries, sandwiches, etc./p
