This innovative Wallingford-based non-profit runs a series of informative and informal classes throughout the year to help would-be organic gardeners stay true to their ideals while growing the best backyard edibles and ornamentals possible. City Chickens 101 (Sept. 18, 10 am-12:30 pm)

City Goats 101 (Sept. 18, 1:30-3:30 pm)

Basic Canning 101 (Sept. 21, 6-8 pm)
