Spur and Tavern Law owners/chefs Brian McCracken and Dana Tough have taken over the old Restaurant Zoë locale, gussied her up with a big, glittery chandelier and are doing way-upscale, sometimes brilliant (but heavy) comfort food. Especially good: the smoked King crab and pork cracklings.
