Seattle Fringe Festival
After nine years on the fritz, the fringe fest is back, featuring new—sometimes just out of the oven—work by established and emerging local actors. This scaled-down version of the fest still delivers five days packed with 21 performances, selected at random from a submission pool and spread out over five Capitol Hill venues (Annex Theatre, Northwest Film Forum and Odd Duck among them). Here’s hoping this no-frills, all-fun festival goes mainstream—if only in an annual schedule sort of way.
