Lucky Lake Union neighbors, you have scored quite a spring treat! The Farmboat Floating Market is happening! Every Thursday, starting this week (5/10, 11am-3pm), you can shop for fresh produce and locally crafted treats aboard the “Virgina V.” The historic 125′ steamship used to haul goods between Seattle and Tacoma in the early 20th century.

Better yet, the boat is moored in the new Lake Union Park (860 Terry Ave. N), so after you’ve purchased heaps of delicious produce, you can hang out on the spacious deck and soak in (hopefully) a little sunshine, great views and even live music.
