Entry Category: Student Designer, studying at New York Fashion Academy

Designer Name: Miranda Lee

Line: MLee Designs

Branding Statement/ Bio Info:

MLee Designs is women’s daywear using only the most stylish natural fabrics. Clothing for ladies’ who believe “normal” and “ordinary” to be dirty words. Mix and match designs for an exciting youthful twist in your everyday wardrobe. Great for strolling through the market or a night on the town!

What makes this clothing different is the unique combinations. Not only in marrying two unlikely patterns together, such as brightly colored roses and a black and white plaid houndstooth. Also in fiber content as well, example a cotton velour paired with suiting silk. These designs are a mixture of classic and asymmetrical simple lines. When this is introduced to the brilliant fabrics and patterns its creates a “Funky Fresh” feel that caters more to a youthful audience from 17 to 27. These women aren’t afraid to be bold with what they wear, no, they embrace it. MLee Designs will give any lady a sophisticated youthfulness, to be noticed.

The price range starts at $65 dollars wholesale up to $250 dollars wholesale.

A few stores in the Seattle area that could sell MLee designs:

-Peridot on Queen Anne

-Show Pony in Fremont

-Juniper in Seattle
