Future Homes of Five Seattle Restaurants (and One Bar)

Chuck Shin loves beer. In back of Chuck’s 85th Street Market, behind the beef jerky and the bags of chips, is Shin’s little not-so-little beer bar: 38 taps, and over 1,000 bottled brews. Now Chuck’s expanding to the Central District, opening a tavern to be named Chuck’s Hop Shop in a space on 20th Avenue and Union Street.
