This decade-old restaurant still serves the best Spanish food in Seattle, by far. Lamb belly, house-made blood sausage, house-cured duck breast and tuna belly with vanilla-flecked sauce are as good as ever. A quenelle of chocolate mousse with shaved truffle was truly inspired. The wine list delves deep into Spanish and Basque offerings both simple and grand.
