Seattle’s numerous playground spots serve as excellent places to bask in the sun, to enjoy the summer breeze, and to let your kids out of the house. Not only will your kids get the opportunity to meet and befriend other Seattle youngsters, but they will also be thanking you with yelps of laughter and hugs of joy. 1. Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island
Located between Seattle and Bellevue, Mercer Island serves home to beautiful Luther Burbank Park. Alongside Washington Lake, Luther Burbank Park has tennis courts, nature trails, beaches, and picnic areas. The playground, however, remains Luther Burbank Park’s best asset for Seattle kids. 2. North Seattle’s Forest Park Playground
Situated a few miles from the Imagine Children’s Museum, Everett’s Forest Park remains one of the Seattle metropolitan area’s funnest outdoor locations.
