Fashion + Style: More Winter Sales, Plus the Scoop on a Sustalux Trunk Show and New West Seattle Vain salon

| Posted

Whether you’ve been snowed in at home for just one, or several of what seem like eternal days, I’m betting you’re ready to get out and about this weekend. Here’s your sale 411, an important save the date for next weekend, and the salon circuit scoop as we wait for the meltdown:

Darling Kirkland boutique Promesse is making way for new spring merchandise by marking down women’s and children’s winter apparel anywhere from 20-70% off.

One of our favorite new boutiques of the year, Scout Apparel is having a huge sale right now, with 30-50% off winter merchandise, including sweaters, jackets, shirts and jewelry from designers like Saint Grace, Jet, Alpha Industries and Adriano Goldschmeid.

To celebrate Chinese New Year, the Shops at the Bravern in Bellevue are giving shoppers a little gift this weekend: Visit the concierge desk this weekend to pick up a red envelope, inside are special deals and gift certificates to use at the center’s shops or restaurants. (While you are there, enter to win a $500 gift card.)

Ultra hip salon VAIN has officially opened their new West Seattle location (call them today to book an appointment). To celebrate all three VAIN locations are offering 50% off their stock of accessories, which includes scarves, gloves and glittering jewels.

This is still a week out, but mark it on your calendars now: Dana Guyton, the talented thriftier and stylist behind Sustalux boutique, is holding a pop-up style trunk show at Clementine next Saturday and Sunday. One of my best resources for great vintage wear, Guyton will be selling off her excess stock of clothes and accessories (read: good deals on luxe items like the clutch pictured above), and Clementine will be offering 20% off their merchandise as well.
