Chef/owners Eric and Sophie Banh of Capitol Hill’s fantastic Vietnamese haunt Monsoon have a hit on their hands; the sexy Eastside edition on Bellevue’s Main Street is always packed. Best bets: anything from the raw bar (pristine sashimi, perfect oysters), seasonal wok-prepared veggies, vibrant cocktails and a sensational pho served at lunchtime.
