Nordstrom News: Savvy Switches it Up

This February, Savvy shoppers will notice a change in the department: a disctinct shift towards more affordable, youthful and completely of-the-moment and on-trend looks. Brands entering the fray include Viva Vena Cava, Leith, Mink Pink and others.

Think Topshop writ large. Brands leaving the fray—and being absorbed by other departments—include Marc by Marc Jacobs and Haute Hippie, who are stepping up to the big leagues in Via C and Individualist.

Nordstrom often shifts brands from department to department, but the change at Savvy represents a more major shake-up than usual. Luckily, none of your favorite brands are going away. In truth, the change means that there will be more of them for you to love. There’s a little sneak peek in Nordstrom’s January catalog.
