Chef Mike Easton has opened what’s easily the most unique pasta joint in town. Squeezed into Procopio Gelato, Il Corvo serves just four daily pastas made with esoteric ingredients (dried tuna heart, blood sausage), but boy is that pasta good (and affordable! Every dish is $10 or less; cash only).
