Keeping track of restaurant news can be a daunting task. Here's a round-up from the past week to help you manage.

OPENINGS

Capitol Hill 
The guy behind Tap House Grill is opening a massive pub called StoutCHS has intel on the 5,700-square-foot space that will be moving into the Sunset Electrical building on Pine and 11th by the end of the year. 

Fremont
Zab Verr
, a new restaurant specializing in Isaan cuisine, is expected to open in the former Tawon Thai space in Fremont this summer. Eater Seattle talked to owner Kay Fuengarom, who says the name is Thai slang for "overly delicious." Fuengarom's uncle owned Tawon Thai, then passed the space along to her and a partner when he retired last March. 

Green Lake
Shelter Lounge in Ballard is expanding to Green Lake, so says Seattle Greenlaker. Look for the new place to open in the old Baskin Robbins space on Green Lake Drive by the end of the year

Roosevelt
Already uber famous in San Francisco, Toronado craft beer bar is opening in Roosevelt this summer. Owner Matt Bonney announced the news on Facebook. The new bar will be taking over the former Mutiny Hall spot at 1205 N.E. 65th St. 

GOINGS-ON

Woodinville
The Iron Vintner Challenge is ending a successful four-year run in Woodinville. The winemaker vs. winemaker cooking challenge kicks off its final season next Wednesday, June 4, at Willows Lodge by bringing back the winners from the past four years. Darby English (Darby Winery), Lisa Baer (Baer Winery), Chris Gorman (Gorman Winery), and Morgan Lee (Covington Cellars) will battle it out with a final victor crowned June 18.

Capitol Hill
Tacos at The Saint on Capitol Hill just got a big boost. The man behind Sitka & Spruce’s hugely popular Monday taco nights is now the chef. Álvaro Candela left his post at S&S last month, bringing his popular tacos with him. His menu is filled with authentic dishes, some of which you’ll only find at The Saint.

Downtown
Here’s what you should order for breakfast at Loulay, according to Zagat Seattle. The Chef in the Hat’s fancy new spot at the Westin Hotel recently launched a proper breakfast menu that starts at 6 a.m. weekdays.

Capitol Hill
Restaurant Marron will be opening in the former Olivar space June 8, but according to Eater Seattle, you can make online rezzies starting now. Diners will be treated to a bevy of tasting menus ranging from $39 to $98.

Bellevue
Barrio will be popping up for the second time in Belleuve since it closed its doors for good back in July, 2011. Next Friday, June 8, the Mexican restaurant will be serving a special dinner in its old home—now Cast Iron Studios event space. Check out the menu and make your reservation online.
