Spanish Retailer Zara Coming to Westlake Center

By Seattle Mag January 29, 2013

First it was H&M, then Topshop in Nordstrom, now Zara, the last holdout in the low-priced, high-trend, fashion forward European retail chains, is coming to Seattle.

As reported by the PSBJ, Westlake Center is the future home of Zara, with an arrival date of early 2014, that may also coincide with a remodel of the 24 year old mall, which changed the landscape of downtown dramatically when it was built, but is now perhaps a little outdated compared to its newer mall siblings in the neighborhood.

Zara will reportedly will occupy 31,000 square feet of Westlake’s first and second floors, joining the newish Nordstrom Rack, and a bevvy of other smaller retailers who currently reside in the mall.

Who’s excited!? I know I am.
