Stumbling Goat Bistro
This beloved restaurant has a revamped menu by chef Joshua Theilen (formerly of Kirkland’s Trellis), who upholds the French-influenced restaurant’s philosophy of using local ingredients. Especially good are the pork dishes, with hazelnut-finished pork from Tails & Trotters. The pork chop with poached pear, farro and sautéed greens is a staple.
