Hosted by Fremont’s Hidden Hand Tattoo, the Seattle Tattoo Expo—which went down last week at Fisher Pavilion in Seattle Center—let artists showcase their unique talent. Fans of body art enjoyed live music, tattoo-offs, burlesque and more at the annual exhibit of ink.
