Give Us Your Best Dating Horror Stories

We know you have one (or a thousand). Submit yours for a chance to win a prize

Dating is fun, right? Or is it a depressing sequence of nightmarish encounters with guys named Brad or Jeremy who still live with their parents or gals named Lauren who don’t know what a verb is? (I’m assuming it’s the latter.)

Valentine’s Day is coming and that means it’s high time we take a closer look at the state of the dating world in Seattle, starting with your stories. To enter, simply email your best/juiciest/craziest/horror-iest dating story to lauren.mang@tigeroak.com and we’ll be compiling and sharing the best of them—all anonymously, of course—throughout the next few weeks on seattlemag.com.

Whoever shares the (best) worst story, which will be decided by our panel of Seattle magazine staffers, will win a prize (still TBD, but I’m told it will most likely be a gift card to a local restaurant).

The winner will be decided on Monday, January 25. Good luck.

This is part one of our Dating in Seattle series. Look for part two in the coming weeks.
