With its signature angular lines and striking shape, the Seattle Public Library’s Central Library not only houses masterpieces, it has inspired one: the “Bellevue” bathtub by California-based Hydro Systems.

While the name is a geographic leap for us locals, the sleek, rectangular-shaped tub takes the same high-art, high-end approach to bathrooms as our venerable landmark does to architecture. Incredibly deep, with walls that angle out at 28 degrees for a supremely comfortable soak, the Bellevue is crafted from HydroLuxe composite and available in matte, polished or modern two-tone finish. $4,475, available to order from Seattle Interiors (Fremont, 3822 Stone Way N; 206.633.2900; seattleinteriors.com; hydrosystem.com)
