Hello, friends –
We’re happy to announce Delancey’s first “Family Dinner,” an intimate evening of good food, good drink, good company, and good cheer that we hope will become a regular event in our little dining room in Ballard.
WHAT: A family-style, reservations-only, prix-fixe dinner to celebrate the coming holiday season. The menu:
Kumamoto, with cucumber, lemon, and ginger
Pacific, with Banyuls mignonette
Wood oven-roasted local mussels with caramelized shallot, bacon, beer, and majoram, served with rustic toasts and housemade sea salt butter
Braised rabbit with potato, carrot, fennel, and truffle
Heirloom apple tart with honey ice cream
WHY: Because it’s fun! It’s a dinner-party-in-a-restaurant! And because – let’s be real here – we thought it would be nice to sometimes cook something other than pizza(!).
WHEN: Tuesday, November 17, at 6:30 pm
WHERE: 1415 NW 70th Street, Seattle
COST: $50 per person, plus an optional $20 for beverage pairing (Sparkling wine! Beer! Spiked cider!) – or you can order any beverage on our regular menu, priced a la carte.
HOW: Email delanceyseattle@gmail.com with the number of people in your party, and please also indicate whether or not you would like the beverage pairing. We will e-mail you to confirm your reservation.
Happy November!
Thanks so much,
Molly, Brandon, and the Delancey crew
