In restaurant years, one is an eternity. And since we’re regularly bombarded with the news of rapid-fire openings and closings, we decided to take a look at the local restaurants that are celebrating major milestones this year—from 10 years up to 50. Some of them are offering special menus (like Palisade’s four-course retrospective menu offered through the end of the month) and some are throwing birthday parties. All of them are worth a visit if you’ve never been.
