The most iconic season of the year is in full swing in Crescent Bar. The coolers are stocked, boats are on the Columbia, and everyone is suited up for another incredible stretch of sun-soaked days. Excitingly, on top of the standard itinerary filled with morning hikes, tee times, and warm, starry nights by the firepit, this summer has something new to offer thanks to two recent amenity openings at the newest luxury home community in Central Washington, Crescent Ridge.

Coinciding with the recent limited unveiling of select luxury homes, owners and prospective buyers alike celebrated the grand opening of Crescent Ridge’s resort-styled amenity collection. Situated within the gates of the community’s newest neighborhood, The Vineyard, residents can now experience the River View Pool and Spa, a fully equipped fitness center, and a pair of pickleball courts to satisfy a little friendly competition. Residents and their guests enjoy convenient access to all these amenities within a short walk from their doorstep.

In addition, Beaumont Cellars unveiled its new Tasting Room + Bistro at the entrance of Crescent Ridge on June 1. Open to the public for full-service wine tasting and dining, this destination is quickly becoming the unofficial meet-up spot for friends and family in Crescent Bar. The opening coincided with a sold-out first installment of the Sips & Sounds summer concert series, a destination wine and music experience touting regional artists and a family-friendly atmosphere. Select homes in The Vineyard even enjoy amphitheater views from their wraparound patios.

“I encourage people to tour these homes soon. With views of the amphitheater and Columbia River, walkable to Beaumont, these homes are truly one of a kind. Perfect for entertaining or vacation rentals,” says Crescent Ridge Sales Director Melissa Camp.
