DeLille Cellars is branching into Seattle for the first time.
The popular Woodinville winery is launching a Bordeaux-inspired restaurant and tasting room at University Village in a 6,700-square-foot space in the Southwest corner of the complex. Opening is scheduled for summer 2025.
It’s the first time DeLille has branched out of Woodinville, where it has operated since 1992. It is the city’s oldest operating winery.
“This new location represents a thrilling new chapter for DeLille Cellars,” says CEO Tom Dugan, adding that it’s an opportunity for the company to expose the state’s world-class wine scene to a broader market.
In Woodinville, DeLille operates a 9,000-square-foot tasting room and a 6,000-square-foot restaurant. The U-Village location will also offer craft beverages, a retail shop, private dining options, and an event space. It will have capacity for 200 guests.
DeLille recently received its fifth Wine Spectator Top 100 Wines Award, and its fifth Wine & Spirits Top 100 award.
