Ariel Shearer is the senior editor at Seattle magazine, where she writes about the characters and places that make the city tick. Since launching her writing career at the late Boston Phoenix, Ariel has covered stories for local and national publications on topics ranging from cannabis science to restaurant openings and sustainable travel.
