DESCRIPTION:Join artist Juan Alonso-Rodríguez for exhibit tours of Celebrating Pacific Northwest Artists: 25 Years of the Neddy Awards. Juan is a Cuban-born\, self-taught artist whose works are included in numerous collections\, including Portland Art Museum\, Tacoma Art Museum and Henry Art Gallery at UW. He has created public works for Port of Seattle and Sound Transit\, and his awards include the 1997 Neddy\, the 2010 Mayor’s Arts Award\, and the 2019 Governor’s Arts Award for an individual artist.
